Return form
Please download the return form, complete it and include it in your parcel. This helps us process your return more quickly.
We want you to be satisfied with your Choke&Chill products. In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a voluntary return period of 30 days from the date on which you receive the goods.
Conditions for voluntary returns
Under our voluntary return policy, goods may be returned if they are unworn, unused, unwashed, complete and undamaged, with any labels still attached and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging. A careful fitting comparable to trying an item on in a shop is permitted.
The voluntary return policy does not apply to personalised or custom-made goods, unsealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, gift cards, or goods that have been used, washed or damaged beyond what is necessary to inspect them.
Sale items are not excluded from the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. They may, however, be excluded from the additional voluntary return period. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Registering and sending a return
Please contact info@chokeandchill.com before sending a voluntary return and include your order number. Prior contact helps us identify and process the return more quickly.

Prior approval is not required in order to exercise the statutory right of withdrawal. The separate Right of Withdrawal notice applies to statutory withdrawals.
Return shipping costs
You bear the direct cost of a voluntary return unless the goods were defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered. Please contact us before sending a parcel postage due, as this may generate additional charges.
Exchanges
If you require another size or product, please contact us. Alternatively, return the original item and place a new order. Where we expressly confirm a direct exchange, we cover the cost of the new standard shipment within Germany.
Damaged, defective or incorrect goods
Please inspect your order promptly after delivery. If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us at info@chokeandchill.com and, where possible, include the order number and photographs. Your statutory warranty rights remain fully unaffected.
Refunds
We will notify you after receiving and inspecting the return. Any refund due will normally be made using the original payment method. Depending on the payment provider, it may take several business days for the credit to appear.
Statutory right of withdrawal
This voluntary return policy does not restrict your statutory right of withdrawal or statutory warranty rights. The requirements, periods and model withdrawal form are provided separately on our “Right of Withdrawal” page.
