The bottle does have a very nice grip, and with its cap it is absolutely tight. A capacity of 1,2 liters is perfect for a long, and hard training session and with the wide opening, you can easily put fluids or supplements into it.

Bevor ich die Flasche hatte bin ich immer mit 2 Flaschen ins Training. Jetzt nicht mehr, eine reicht ;) Die Flasche ist enorm hochwertig verarbeitet. Kein Tropfen geht daneben und es passt einiges rein.
