2) How do I return an item in exchange for a refund?
If you decide to return an item, we will of course willingly take it back within 30 days.
Please return the product to us in the original or other suitable packaging. Please include a note with the order number and, if you like, the reason for the return.
In case of a complaint, please send us an email with a short description of your problem to firstname.lastname@example.org - we will gladly exchange the item or refund the costs.
